HOW TO USE: Sugar Nail Glitters Laser Pigment Dust can be used on any background. On a clear base or on a colour base, sprinkled onto a Builder Gel In A Bottle and cure, or onto a Gel Polish base clear or coloured or a Rubber Base Soak Off Gel In A Bottle or Opaque Peach or Pink. A myriad of options and possibilities. Enjoy creating! For a Sugar effect finish, it can be left without Top Coat. If you are after something more with shine, you can also add a Top Coat and cure for a Sparkling Glittery Dust effect.
